When you place an order with us on Accutronwatch.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Accutron timepiece is authentic, first quality, and backed by our five year limited warranty.
All purchases from Accutronwatch.com, a division of CITIZEN WATCH CANADA LTD., may only be shipped within Canada, we are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged with care prior to shipping via FedEx (Signature Required). Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Transit times may vary based on your location and the time of year. We are unable to ship to Canadian Post Office Box addresses "PO BOX" or outside of Canada at this time.

RETURNS
We want you to be sure your new timepiece meets your expectations.
Should you wish to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to request a return authorization number and complimentary return shipping label. All sales of accessories, straps and partnership items are final – no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through our website only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.

We are only able to accept returns for products purchased directly from our website.
Once your return has been received at our facility, please allow up to three weeks for the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS

We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
